After you apply, the switchover will generally take place on the next meter reading date (the date on which electricity usage, which varies for each customer's home, is checked; meter readings are conducted once a month).
If you have selected direct debit as your payment method, the switchover will take place on the next meter reading date (approximately two months later).
Once the switchover date has been confirmed, you will be notified by email or in writing.
