If you are currently under contract with Minna Denryoku, you can apply for use at your new address if your new address is within the service area (the service areas are Tohoku, Tokyo (Kanto), Chubu, Kansai, Chugoku, Shikoku, and Kyushu (excluding remote islands)).
Please apply using the following procedure.
- Access Minna Denryoku My Page (https://portal.minden.co.jp) and log in
- Click "MENU" at the top right of the top page
- Click "Confirm/change contract details" under "Electricity contract (use)" at the bottom of the page
- Click "Move" under "Contract information" to complete the procedure
■ Customers who do not have a contract with Minna Denryoku
If you would like to start using Minna Denryoku for the first time at your new address, please apply using the application form below at least 5 days before the start date of your electricity use.
