This procedure will stop your electricity usage at the place where you have made the contract. If you are switching to another company, please complete the contract process with the new power company (there is no need to cancel Minna Denryoku).
Please apply 10~30 days before the date you wish to cancel using the following procedure.
- Access Minna Denryoku My Page (https://portal.minden.co.jp) and log in
- Click "MENU" at the top right of the top page
- Click "Confirm/change contract details" under "Electricity contract (use)" at the bottom of the page
- Please proceed from "Cancellation" under "Contract Information"
If you apply for cancellation at the last minute, please contact customer support.
*If the cancellation involves the demolition of a building, the power transmission and distribution company may contact the registered phone number to arrange a schedule depending on the demolition date. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please check your MyPage (customer portal) and change the phone number you are currently using if it is not registered.
