You can change it by following the steps below.

  1. Access Minna Denryoku My Page (https://portal.minden.co.jp/) and log in

  2. Click "MENU" in the top right of the top page

  3. Click "Confirm/Change Registration Details" in "Member Information" at the bottom of the page

  4. Click "Change" and enter your new email address in the "Email Address" and "Confirm Email Address" fields

  5. Click "Confirm" at the bottom of the page

  6. Check the details and click "Change" at the bottom of the page

*RFC-violating addresses that use consecutive dots".." or a dot ".@" immediately before the @ sign cannot be used.
