【If paying by credit card】
As this is not a direct payment to Minna Denryoku, we are unable to issue a receipt. (The payment statement received from the credit card company will serve as a receipt.)
Instead of a receipt, you can print out your usage statement from your MyPage (customer portal) using the following procedure.
- Access Minna Denryoku My Page (https://portal.minden.co.jp) and log in.
- Click on "Go to usage statement" on the top page
- Select the applicable year and month, then click on "Print statement"
【If paying by direct debit】
We can issue receipts for bills for which the transfer from your account has been completed. We will send you a receipt by email, so please contact customer support with the [required items] below. We will send it to your registered email address within about a week.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please note that we do not accept receipts by mail.
【Receipt sample】

・Contractor name
・Registered email address
・Contract number for which you would like to receive a receipt (only if you have multiple contracts)
・Billing month for which you would like to receive a receipt
