I don't know my customer number (contract number) (if switching from ENEOS Denki)

If you are switching from ENEOS Denki, please enter your "contract number" in the customer number field when applying for "Minna Denryoku."

For ENEOS Denkisama, there are two types of numbers:

1. Customer number as subscriber information

2. Contract number of contract details

You will need your contract number to apply for switching.
