When can I start using the service after applying? (If it involves moving)

Please apply at least 5 days before your desired start date. (10 days in advance for newly built detached houses)
After applying, we will check the facilities at your new address and inform you of the rate and contracted capacity.
After confirming the rate and registering your credit card, we will arrange for the power transmission.
*Depending on the results of the facility check, we may ask you to provide the electricity meter number.
 
If we are unable to contact you,
the procedure may not be able to finish by your desired start date, and the start date may be delayed.
In addition, if you select a weekend or public holiday as the start date of use,
the power may be turned on by the day before to ensure a reliable power supply.
 
Once the power transmission start date has been confirmed, we will notify you by email or in writing.
