Electricity generated at each power plant is collected at a central location through power lines before being delivered to your home. Therefore, the exact electricity generated at a specific plant does not directly reach you.
(Think of it like a bank ATM: when you withdraw money, you don’t receive the exact same bills you deposited.)
Electricity also has producers. At Minna Denryoku, we purchase electricity from renewable energy power plants across Japan under contract. When customers "support" a power plant, a portion of their electricity payment is directed to that plant.
Some power plants offer rewards as a token of appreciation for the customer’s support.
Through electricity, Minna Denryoku aims to connect power producers and users, creating new relationships and enjoyment.
