*It may take about two weeks.
You can check the "Usage/Charge List" and "Usage/Charge Graph" for all past usage.
■You can view your statement by following the steps below.
1. Log in to Minna Denryoku My Page (https://portal.minden.co.jp)
2. Enter your registered email address and password
*Your password is determined by you when you applied for the contract, so Minna Denryoku does not have it. If you have forgotten your password, please reset it by clicking "Forgot your password?" below the input field.
3. Click the "Go to Usage Details" button on the right side of the screen.
